Yup

My maple bonsi tree is looking sad. He is drooping, (soft stems connected to the leaves) and I did just repoted and was siting in a bunch of waterlogged soil, and had no root rot. Do you think it's because it's cold outside? (also had manny dry deaf leaves.

Maples are supposed to drop leaves and go dormant for winter, so leave it in outdoor temperatures (insulate the pot so the roots don't freeze. You can bury it, or pile up a mound of mulch around it.) Water it once when you put it outside, and then very infrequently on warmer winter days (if you water it when it's freezing or dropping towards freezing, the soil can freeze. And water expands when it freezes, so that can break your pot in addition to harming the roots.) If it's already very cold out, pick a warmer day to put it out so ot can drop into winter temperatures gradually. Keep an eye on it as things warm up into spring, since it will want water more often then

Is there any way I can keep in inside?

Maybe keep it near a window or someplace more chilly where you live if you can’t keep it outside
