Hello everyone, I just got home from being away for a week and my Cissus Discolor has these really strange bumps on quite a few leaves. Does anyone have any idea what these are? Oedema perhaps?

That is a stress response for them. Id check for pests or infection. Look up galls or mite galls

Definitely leaf gall. I rarely see them on houseplants. It can be caused by several insects including mites, midges, aphids and wasps. There is no treatment to remove the galls with the insects inside. You can treat the entire plant with neem oil in spring before the insects get active and feed on the young emerging leaves/stems/flowers which causes the plant to react and produce the bumps. The insects live in the gall/bumps while the galls get bigger as the insects grow. I recommend cutting and properly disposing (suffocate in plastic, burn) of the affected leaves. Disinfect hands and the area before handling other plants. 🍀🪴
