looks like cellular rupture either from being pinched by something or it could have been something cold, that's my best guess!

Thanks for your reply! So it doesn’t look like infection?

i don't think so! it could potentially be bacterial but I would keep an eye on it and see if it develops further

Would it have been pinched from the pot or could it have been submerged in water somehow?

It looks like edema where the cells burst from holding too much moisture. It can look oil soaked and translucent when seen from the back of the leaves. The burst cell will die leaving brown spots and brown patches. It doesn’t look like an infection. Edema can occur under several conditions including overwatering, too high humidity that blocks water transpiration from the leaves, and poor air circulation. Insufficient light can contribute to edema because it slows photosynthesis.🪴🍀

Ah good to know that! I will move it under plant light and restrict the water. Thank you!

Looks like Guttation to me, plant has to much water so been getting rid of it though leaf, so water has been staying near end of leaf, has it had drips of water coming of the tip of the leaf. I can also see what looks like mealy bugs, at top of stem looks like there nest and a couple of the further down the leaf

noooooooooo mealy bugs😱😱😱😱😱😱 I took a closer look at the leaves and seems like every of them have this ‘nest’ at the top of stems, here are the photos. I can’t wipe it out by rubbing alcohol. And on one leaf it has lots of water mark.

It could be thrips. They are extremely difficult to get rid of if u have lots of leaves to check

That’s even worse :((((( Today I noticed one leaf have yellow-ish tiny spot and the stem part also have weird thing on it. The whole plant looks sad but all the leaves are still hard touch

( can’t post images again 😞 I did zoom in and circle the pests ) Just had a bit more look , can see at lest 3 pests, if you zoom in on the white part of the back of stem against the leaf of the 3rd lot of pictures you posted can see the two spots on its back which is normally common with spider mites, this also suck the sap so get lots of pin spot marks , the lighter green white whitish pest on looks like mealy bug and the darker pest on the stem is most likely a spider mite

Use a magnifying glass and check for pests or old carcasses. The pattern doesn’t look like mealies to me. The white patches looks like salts pushed out by the plant. It could also be hard water deposits on the leaves. Neither are easy to wipe off. I’ve used several applications of diluted white vinegar to clean salts and hard water deposits on my plants bought in Florida. My Hoya Potsii hard water deposits are shown before and after cleaning.

Thanks for the tips! The tap water in my area is very hard, vinegar sounds like a good idea
