Hey all! I am new to plants! My burrows tail started getting crispy bits on her beans, - any idea why? I just got her a month ago and watered her for the first time 3 days ish ago- used the chopstick trick to test if she was dry because it’s too dense to touch the soil. Is there any other reason this is happening? I also added a grow light to her setup as she wasn’t getting enough natural lighting and looks a little scraggly. Any advice is appreciated

Is it getting a lot of those white patches? It could be too much light.. its kinda there version of leaf scorching.

Ohh I added a grow light because I thought it was Etiolating!! I will try dimming the grow light and see if it helps- it sits about 4ft from an east window

Even for plants that love light. Try and harden them off to the grow light, see if that makes a difference. Like on 3hrs for several days, then 5hrs fir a couple days, etc until you're up to a regular length of time. Mine are usually 12-16 depending

There maybe something else going off if you noticed them before the growlight. Did you check over for any sucker bugs?
