    I’d recommend reaching out to them to tell them they died due to improper packaging.

    Considering i couldn't get them to respond about even the shipping. I have high doubts they'll respond over improper packing.

      Nope. First time buying from them. The rest of the packing was great. I got several plants from a different vendor on the east coast, and they used actual insulation, abd they are fine. So really frustrating. Definitely won't be ordering in winter again. And this is box 1 of 2 😬 😢

    damn, that’s a bummer. as a cold winter liver, it’s literally impossible to get them without high stress levels. i miss the days i lived in Washington State. 😭

    Stress i can deal with, going from FL to WA is a given. These were literally frozen. I got a differt box from a different seller, also from FL, sane time in transit, but insulated correctly. And they are fine. Even the finicky begonia.
