I have inherited a Jade plant and it is not looking so healthy. I have already had to trim off a lot of the leaves that were terrible looking. I am not sure if I should completely repot the plant- removing the “dead” ones- and keeping the couple that look healthy. Help?!? Is there any hope of bringing the full plant back?? I appreciate the advice and help! 😊

    it looks like it’s very overwatered! you should absolutely not water it and let the soil completely dry out. i can’t really tell by the pictures but if the stems are mushy it might indicate root rot. for this i would repot it into drier soil, and examine the roots for any indication of root rot :)
