I got this soil for my plants a while ago, I noticed my peace lily has millipedes from moisture. Is it because i changed the soil into this? I thought it supposed to help with the moisture. What kinds of soil should i get? Or should i just repot it into this soil again and make sure not to overwater?
I've made a habit of mixing my own. Get a bag of that, some pearlite, some orchid bark. I've found that MOST plants are alright in that which could be considered a "chunky soil mix". There are obviously outliers that need more specialized medium though. I have also gotten into the habit of a wooden chopstick test when planta says it's time to water just to check for myself cause.....she(planta 😂) don't know everything 😂

0 Mi piace This past time, I for the exact bag you have pictured. But I also got a bag of fox farm, has worm castings and guano which are very beneficial for growth. Fox farm has many different sorts of....premixed type of mediums. But speaking to many types of plant people(outdoor, indoor, weed, aquatic, etc) number one recommendation is usually always fox farm so maybe look into them for your next soil purchase.
Cool i will check them out, i just finished repotting. I had orchid soil and went and got the pearlite so hopefully i did it right. Thank you for all your help 😊
