   Check for root rot. It may need more, light a smaller pot, or water less often

   A smaller pot my lady, I had try it before and trust me this one likes to be fit on its pants/pot.

   They need fast draining succulent soil. Your soil is too organic. It needs more grit. Check online for diy succulent soil. Easiest and cheapest additions are perlite and pumice. They also need to be rather dry between waterings.

   I know mine is doing particularly well in my window. I have it in a smaller pot and only water it when the soil dries out. The leaves are nice and plump and are storing a lot of its moisture so they don't need to be constantly moist and prefer to dry out vs being over watered. I'm not 💯 on what your issues may be but starting with the roots would be a good place. See how shes doing beneath the dirt. Best of luck!
