Does anyone have advice on helping my Snake plant? I’m trying to revive him but he’s pretty shrivelled and hasn’t grown hardly at all in the last two years.

If your snake plant leaves get really soggy then wither. You may have a fungi problem because those plants are pretty hearty and resilient. My suggestions is to remove all damaged parts and do a 14 day treatment with neem oil or other fungicide and then every two weeks for 60 days to ensure fungi don’t return.
いいね 1件What kind of soil is it in? It looks pretty compacted - they need a fast draining cactus/ succulent soil mix. I recommend you remove the plant from the pot and check for root rot. I bet once the roots are cleaned up (if needed) and it’s repotted in fresh well draining soil you’ll see it bounce back

It’s a succulent and requires similar care. Also check the amount of light it’s getting. They should be getting very bright light in order to thrive. Morning sun is usually fine. My best guess is the soil is totally wrong and the roots are staying wet. If you are not use to succulent care, repotting into terracotta helps keep the soil dry. And yes, people say they don’t need light. Well they do if you want growth and to see them thrive. Pic is only a few of my sansevieria.
