Is this mealy bugs on my algonema?? I’ve never dealt with them before !! What do I do

    Looks like it. Clean them off with an alcohol soaked Qtip. Then run a mix of 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water through the soil. Put in quarantine for a couple of weeks and keep an eye out for more white spots. If you get any more do the alcohol Qtip again. And take a really good look at any plants that were near it. They spread. They're easy to get rid of as long as you're persistent.
