My beautiful 12 year old hoya! We moved house six weeks ago and now a lot of her leaves are fading, she’s got brown spots, and a few completely yellow or brown leaves. There are also a couple of leaf patches that seem kind of transparent. Would it just be shock or sunburn or over / under watering? Or some kind of pest? I’m worried because I found a mealy bug on her neighbour, but i checked all her leaves and stems thoroughly and can’t find any bugs or sticky stuff. Also checked her roots and they seem super healthy with no rot or anything. There was also one white clump of something that might have been webbing in between some leaf stems. (She was a lil dusty so it might have just been cat hair but it was like 2am and I’m an arachnophobe and my brain convinced me it was either webs or a whitetail egg sac so immediately cut off the stem and binned it). She’s been living on neglect and inconsistent watering for most of her life before i knew better. I think i even had her in a pot of peat with no drainage at one point 😬 but she’s always looked pretty healthy and happy until now!
