Hello plant peeps! I was gifted this tiny 2” African Violet yesterday. She’s in rough shape. Her soil was severely hydrophobic. I gave her a good soak in room temperature water and trimmed off her dead leaves and flowers. Is there anything else I should do to help her grow?
👋 Hello! My African violets love plant food and bloom juice from Elm Dirt! Also I find mine like to be in pots with the self watering with the string method or a little bit of left over water in catch pot. & lots of nice light or grow lights!

0 LikesTry not to get the leaves wet when watering. Otherwise these are some of the easiest plants I've ever had. If you make any mistakes, you can propagate from a healthy leaf or top cutting and it should bounce back just fine
