Should we be worried about this on the jade? Seeing it on multiple leaves, doesn’t look like an insect.

Can you try to get a picture of the other leaves that are affected too?

I wouldn’t worry about it, no. things like this happen with little inconsistencies in watering, or just mechanical damage. if you have more pics that wouldn’t hurt, but there are quite a few leaves in this pic alone and it seems to be the only one. i have quite a few jades, many of them many years old, this doesn’t cause me concern. they’re very hardy, pests are rare for them, and short of overwatering it’s nearly impossible to kill them. they can really bounce back from just about anything else
