    I'm sorry i have no idea. I was going to say mealy bugs but it doesn't look like thats what it is. It does look like it could need more light. Succulents are sun lovers and hardly any water. I'm following bcz i want to see what all that white stuff is...

      It’s already about 4” from a Barrina T5 grow light, but I can move it a little closer. I’m thinking it’s powdery mildew like the other commenter said. Definitely not mealy bugs, thankfully.

    If its not meallys it could be powder mildew🤔 i dont have any experience with it tho.
