    That looks like fungal infection, probably from overwatering. It needs a well draining soil

    Remove any yellow leaves. I think that's a green stem and leaves behind? I'd repot in a chunky mix and spray the roots down with peroxide. And nip off any leaves that look like this one. And spray the rest with more peroxide

      If more leaves like this with the black spots show up, remove them. And you'll need to treat with a fungicide

    It’s super rotted and I’m Pretty sure there’s no saving that :(
