these are normal with all ficus. they’re called cystoliths. they help with photosynthesis.

Woah! I just looked this up and they’re so cool under a microscope. What a neat plant structure!

not sure if that’s just part of the leaf, but that could be potentially dangerous!! little white spots on your plants could mean mealybugs. “Mealybugs are a type of pest that's common in houseplants. You might have mealybugs if the white spots you're noticing are thick and cotton-like.” (topterracotta.com) or possibly a high humidity level. “High humidity or excess moisture can cause powdery mildew. - The fungi need moisture to thrive, so indoor houseplant infection can be caused by overwatering.” (wikihow) a 70% or less solution of isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol in water may be dabbed directly on mealybugs with a cotton swab to kill them or remove them or a good purchase could be XXpire®. a way to get rid of powdery mildew is a mixture of water, baking soda, and some sort of dishsoap. i would definitely do some research and figure out a good remedy for your plants that you like! i hope this helps!

you definitely don’t have mealy bugs but it’s always good to do research just in case.
