Does anyone know why the “leaves” are shriveled? And some of the ends look dried up. Do I need to water it more? I water it like once month

AlyssaIt could be a sign that the roots are not healthy, a saying I heard awhile ago has always stuck with me, “if the tips of the leaves are bad, the tips of the roots are worse”. I’d repot into something a little more chunky and rocky for that succulent and check the roots, the leaves won’t go back so if you don’t like the look you can snip them off
