Found this lil critter on my monstera… (top right of leaf) there’s a couple more on different leaves. I also have some very small black bugs in my soil. I think it might be thrips 😭 Any tips on getting rid of these things is appreciated~ I just ordered neem oil online so I can try to treat it. Any other info is much needed and appreciated! Thank youuuu
