My mini monstera has not grown a new leaf in months. The end seemed to die off and now it is just in this stagnant phase. I expected all the leaves to die but they are still thriving. What should I do? Thanks in advance!!

I would cut a piece with a node and a leaf then stick it in water. Start over , propagate it.

You may need to refresh the soil after checking it. Light - Plants need adequate light. The blinds are blocking the light in the photos. I would open the blinds and lower the plant so the light hits it for 8 - 10 hours a day. The alternative is to get a grow light, place it within 1 foot of the plant and run it daily for 12-14 hours a day. Use a light meter or light meter app to check the amount of light actually reaching the plant. Fertilizer - Fertilize with a 50% diluted fertilizer once a month in winter and twice a month in spring/summer, the growing season. Temperature/Humidity - Tropical plants thrive in warmer temperatures (above 60°F) and higher humidity (above 50%). Use a hygrometer to track these conditions near the plant. 🪴🍀
3 Mi piaceI have a mini monstera that is growing like crazy, from that picture I would say a little more sun and possibly water, it just depends on your temps. Mine seems to be pretty resistant to weather and pops out a new leaf or two every time I water her, sorry I can’t help more but if you do notice nothing is helping and you decide to prop be prepared for it to take a while lol
