Hi all long time listener first time caller ha ha. I’m a newbie at gardening and something is eating my basil! It’s in a raised bed that is 4 feet off the ground so it isn’t anything crawling around. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Four feet off the ground is not high enough to deter crawling insects. I knock them off my 7 ft tall shed every day. Caterpillars, snails and slugs eat leaves like that. Snails and slugs will hang around the plant. Caterpillars often leave when the sun gets too hot on the plants. Sometimes they hide under the leaves or in nearby shade.
いいね 1件i use neem oil for pests on my indoor plants, not sure if it’s intended for outdoor use, but may deter the lil guys
