Should I be concerned for disease or pests?? The brown indented spots were starting before I left, came back five days ago and they’re worse. What’s the white stuff (I can easily remove it with my finger).

eatyacarbshmm jades aren’t usually susceptible to mealys or spider mites (never say never but not likely…) I’m not sure about the white but it appears to be getting a ton of sun. Does this live outdoors? I would remove the damaged leaves and give it a good rinse in the sink or shower for next watering day.
