Hi there! Don’t these plants look dry? My house is very dry, but my soil meter says the soil is very wet in both of these! (The meter is working fine for all my other plants) Help? It’s an inch plant and a money tree. Thank you!

Could be a humidity issue. Some plants, no matter how well you water the soil, will not survive dry environments, unfortunately. I learned that the hard way with my prayer plant (also my first plant!)
いいね 1件Thank you!! I guess I’ll crank up my little humidifier then! 😆
いいね 1件I like to keep track of my humidity and temp with a hygrometer! Measuring my environment helps because, if it turns out my humidity levels are suitable, then I go to other diagnostics like too much/too little light or overwatering and such. Some plants even get leaf burn from being in direct sunlight! It can feel like trial-and-error, but playing the role of doctor/detective is part of the fun of plant care, imo. And you learn new tricks from each plant you care for, even if your time together is shorter than you'd like!
