If sheâs absorbing the water so quickly drown her! đ
1 j'aimeOkay thank you! Iâll do that đđ
1 j'aimeGrowth â health. Trim her and force her to stop growing if you have to, but find out whats wrong. Maybe give her a little more light? dont put it directly in a sunbeam and burn it, just closer to a window
1 j'aimeshould I trim off just the growth thatâs dying? and okay Iâll try more light!
0 J'aimeYeah go for it. Cut more if you want to. Dont stress about it, i have tradescantias that will literally grow themselves to death if i dont prune them to manageable levels. No self control. Vine plants, and many others, love being pruned and actually grow stronger from it.
1 j'aimeThat may be too much soil for it to dry out in between watering. I would suggest downsizing in a smaller pot, your root ball maybe too small for that pot. I had a pothos doing the same thing, downsized my pot and made root ball tighter the yellow leaves stopped. Good luck

this is the most likely answer i think⊠hoya prefer to be snug in their pots
3 J'aimeI would recommend watering her a little more she might drink water super quickly so gets thirsty faster. Also I would recommend getting a bigger pot. She may need more growing room and that why the new ones growing turn yellow and fall off because the roots donât have room

i would recommend checking the root system and taking appropriate actionâ cleaning up rot, or downsizing the pot, or both. more light can encourage new growth, make gradual changes. note that most hoya can live in a small pot comfortably for many years. also, i wouldnât suggest pruning, other than snipping the dying ends if you like, as your plant seems too small and unwell to handle much
1 j'aimeI cut it already oh noo đ„Č but Iâll also try downsizing its pot, Thank you sm!
