Unless you are someone whose hobby is bringing a plant back from the dead and you know what it needs, no.
2 gillningarhaha i don’t think i can bring it back if it’s dead…
0 gillningarI mean ive brought plants back from twigs. But calthea are kinda finicky. You'd have to check and see if the roots are still okay, and sus out why it died back to begin with.
2 gillningarok thanks!

Checks the roots. If they are still white and healthy, there’s a chance. I would cut that last leaf off and then cover the top with plastic wrap or a gallon ziplock bag to increase humidity. Only water with distilled or tap water treated with Aquarium conditioner. Keep it somewhere with decent light and hope for new growth
2 gillningarok will do thank you!!
0 gillningari was in a similar spot a while ago, i adjusted its location to a less bright spot and continued watering as usual. its now growing new shoots! so IMO, yeah :3
1 gillaawesome!!
0 gillningarMy Calathea was once down to just one tiny leaf and looked like dried twigs, but the rhizome and roots were ok and it eventually came back after I stopped overwatering it. It took a long time but with proper watering, light, soil etc., it came back and flourished. Pic of what it looks like recently.
