Ugh I hope these works. I’ve tried Neem oil and Mighty Mint Plant Protection Spray but these gnats are not going away 🫤

    Those work pretty well in my experience, along with liquid scent traps

    They work to catch the adults, but the larva in the soil will just keep hatching and reinfecting if you don't kill the larva in the soil.

    Those sticky traps work for me to catch the flying adults, but you need to solve the cause of the problem which is likely related to overwatering and contaminated potting soil. If you can I would recommend changing the soil and changing your watering routine.

    I use this stuff. Put a drop in every watering of every plant and it eradicates fungus gnats. Meant for big things like aquariums and stuff so you only need the tiniest bit, making it last forever
