More light can help. Also that stretching is called etoliation, and it will never go back to normal. If you want to fix its appearances after it's getting enough light and growing right, you can cut the top and restart it as a cutting. You could also propagate from individual leaves from the stretched section when you do your cutting and get a bunch of baby succulents
