Is this brown spot disease? And if so is it salvageable on my new coffee arabica?

    I just trimmed all the brown spots off with scissors because if I prune the leaf nothing will be left… also applying neem oil tonight once sun goes down to be safe. Just curious if that’s what it is or of this is normal
