Is my lavender dying or going dormant? I watered it a week ago cause it looked sad but hasn’t perked up. I’m in New England so it’s definitely colder and darker this time of year! There are some bottom leaves that are definitely dead.

    I would say dormant but honestly I don’t know as I’ve only grown it outside. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I grew One and mine looks like that too but no leaves at all

    I have a standard that I’ve kept for 3 years. It’s in my unheated basement. I’m in Nova Scotia and the temp now is 10C down there. It looks pretty similar. I trim it back in the Spring, cut the inevitable dead branches and off it goes. The one on the right is a lavender too.

      Cool thanks! I’ll keep it around 😊 should it get less sun or water while it’s like this?

      It is under grow lights but they are basically just old fluorescent lights from the hardware store. I leave them to dry out quite a bit.

    lol also has some thyme and rosemary growing in the bottom.
