When mine did that I found out the roots had rotted away. Too much water in a soil that didn’t drain well enough.

the rest of the plant is very healthy and it’s even sprouted lot of baby aloes so i don’t think it’s the root

It still might be the beginning of root rot or some kindve fungus, I lost my large 5 year old aloe that way. Thought it was fine for months because it kept pushing out new leaves, but then it started getting all these tiny black dots on the leaves and when I tried to switch the soil to something more well draining it was too late and died 😬

Hmmm looking at the pictures the soil looks a bit dense, I’d try Bonsai Jacks succulent soil (can get it on Amazon or at Walmart) I put my other aloe in that and it’s thriving and growing like mad lol. For the pot I’m not sure from the pictures if it’s glazed or unglazed terracotta but for aloe Vera you want to have unglazed terracotta for maximum health (helps the plant’s soil and roots dry out better). Yes! Cut off any drooping or black dot leaves asap and make sure to check all other leaves for that. If you say the mother plant has pups I’d take those out and put them in their own pots soon too, fungus disease spreads quickly through root systems especially with waterlogged plants

drooping leaves on an aloe plant can be from a watering issue or not enough light. i agree with what alyssa said about the media and pot. aloe are desert plants and prefer to dry out quickly and stay dry for at least a few days before watering
