Found this progressing on the crown of one of my kentia plants. Any one know what this is?

I think it is leaf blight, botrytis or other fungal issue. There are no very effective treatments. Best to remove all affected parts and treat preventatively. Clean unaffected foliage to prevent spread.

Arg nightmare. I have 8 kentia plants in that pot - you think it best to open the pot and remove that affected one entirely?

I typed in kentia leaf blight found this - Cylindrocladium sp. - there’s really no way to cure the plant once it attacks? And.. where on earth has this come from?
