hey guys i’m a novice plant mom and i have about 11 plants, ive never had a pest problem until now. my pothos has been overcome by white mites and ive used a concoction of water neem oil, castilles soap and the tiniest bit of alcohol sprayed it all over the plant twice now and even put water and neem oil in the soil to kill the eggs and i think they came back twice as bad now. does anyone have any suggestions i really wanna save her ( i would attach a pic of the mites but i just cleaned her again)

Keep treating like you are. That's just how spider mites react to treatments. It triggers them to breed and hatch asap. Keep hitting them hard with treatment, and treat the area around and any other plants near where it was, even if you don't see any mites.

These are what I’ve tried, it says to do the alcohol on every other day, or do a vinegar baking soda and dish soap mix.. I also make sure when I have had them to keep my pathos in higher humidity and watered it a little less than normal to help keep it from being over watered. I also have just used little cotton balls with dish soap and water on the soil.

You can help make things more humid by spraying her with a spray bottle of water or use a tray under her that has water in it, not one that she sits in just on top of
