My begonia’s leaves are starting to yellow. There are three whole leaves affected and some tips. There are also black tips on some leaves (not all). It would seem to me that maybe I’m watering wrong, but I water once a week when the soil is dry which lines up with the planta notification. Black tips I know is humidity, but it sits right next to a humidifier that’s on for most of the day, 40-60% humidity. It sits in a window that gets some direct and some indirect light. No roots are coming out of the bottom and there’s no funky smell. I don’t see any pests. What am I doing wrong? I’ve had it since July and have never had any issues before. She’s my pride and joy 🥺 could it just be that it’s winter?

The slightly exaggerated curl of the leaves and other symptoms are telling me that although your watering schedule is consistent, it may need to be changed. Mine is thriving more than ever now that I keep it more consistently damp. Try bottom watering it for 30mins and then watering regularly for the next few weeks every 5/6 days instead of 7/8!

Thank you, I’ll try that and see if that works :)
