Is it ok to leave these mushrooms/ fungus things alone or will they kill my cactus and I should dig the them out? They look kind of gross!

Mushrooms are usually harmless to plants, but they grow mostly in damp soil. You shouldn’t have soil moist enough to grow mushrooms for cacti, as it could cause them to rot. I’d make sure you have drainage holes in your pot and water them a lot less
