Is this what mealybugs look like? Assuming yes, what’s the best way to get rid of them?

    It looks like it. I spray mine with undiluted 70% isopropyl alcohol, they die instantly. Then I give the plant a rinse under water to get the alcohol off just so the leaves don’t burn. If you don’t want to spray it directly you can dip a q-tip in the alcohol and dab the white spots. They like to hide under leaves and in every nook and cranny so give your plant a good look over. They also spread to nearby plants. Good luck!

    Any bug spray should work, i prefer these sprays than a homemade one. Make sure to read the label to see if it will target the specific bug, for example some sprays kill spider mites, but some don’t.
