Lots of sticky fly traps and one part hydrogen peroxide 4 part water mix when watering.
1 LikeI prefer to mosquito bits in your watering can. The peroxide water works but it will strip your soil of nutrients over time. Mosquito bits won’t harm it. I personally use a sachet and put some in there like a tea bag and put it in my watering can so they last longer and don’t pour out everytime I water. You can google the ratios of mosquito bits to water
1 LikeMusquito bits tea for larvae ( 2 tbsp of bits for 1L of water let it soak 30min then remove the bits) you water your plants like you usually do but with this; sticky yellow traps for adults, neem oil ( 1 tbsp neem oil, 1tbsp castille soap, a dash of rubbing alcohol) spray on leaves and base of the plants (were usually gnats lay their eggs) you can keep the neem oil spraying as a routine to prevent gnats.
0 LikesBti mosquitos drops on Amazon. One drop can be used in a gallon jug and helps kills the larvae in the soil, sticky traps for the flying adults
0 LikesHave you tried a Sundew carnivorous plant? It’s sticky and does great I hear.
