What is this bug I found in my philodendron? I recently brought it home from the nursery and it was root bound so I repotted it. Found these crawling around in the oil soil. Is this a pest? Should I be worried about my plant? Can I just toss em outside? (I’m in the PNW) Thanks so much for your help!!
