Is this mold? I think it is so I cut it off or did I do it for nothing? I’m thinking that if it is, it’s from using that neem oil, soap and water mixture everyone online says to use for gnat pesticide

    Mmmm neem oil could do that under the right conditions in light, but it could be fungal. As long as no other leaves have this, you’re fine. For the neem oil, I would just use it in the soil unless you see there is an active infestation. I normally spray the soil down after a thorough watering.

    Neem oil will concentrate the suns rays and can possibly burn your plants in spots where the neem oil droplets are. It needs to dry first.

    Are you using the neem oil in the heat of the day? It will burn your foliage it is recommended to use it early morning or at night
