Noticed these tiny aphid looking things on my sundew should I be worried? Do I treat with pest treatment or is it ok because this plants carnivorous…:

Soap based pest treatment is not recommended for sundew because it dries them out. Either hand removal or a very deluded chemical treatment is the way to go. I do see one little aphid but if that's the only one you might just want to pick it off by hand and watch. However, there is rarely only one!

There’s a few smaller ones scattered around too… will they harm it or my other plants?

Yes they will harm the plant and yes they will move to other plants given the opportunity. I would definitely treat the sundew and other plants that are nearby. Then just keep an eye out for other infestations.

If they are overwhelming it, you can spray them off. Any pesticide will generally kill them unfortunately
