Hi all, our new curry plants have arrived in the mail and all 3 have white spots on some of their leaves. I’m not sure if it’s powdery mildew or spider mites and I don’t want to spray them with neem oil while they’re soaking up their sunshine so I don’t burn their leaves. Can anyone definitively say what’s up with their leaves and best course of action?

    I mix baking soda, salt and water spray to get rid of powdery mildew on my white sage. I’m in Alaska by ocean and it stays damp here. Plants with fuzzy texture (think lamb’s ears with its fuzzy wool type leaves) like the white sage can’t breathe as easily here so fungus and other stuff can build up on their texture. My garden sage in another pot never gets powdery mildew because it’s the non-fuzzy type used more for culinary.
