My Birthday gift have no idea what’s wrong. Theirs a self watering system. Usually placed on my balcony. High humidity.

    Well first off, I would check ever roots for root rot, that self watering system is usually a culprit. Also how much sun do you get on the balcony?

    I think it’s a small pot for root , I’ve seen cactus shrivel up like this. Might want to transfer to a big pot if your birthday gift is old with less water

    I think you should try to self water it sometime and see if the plant is looking any better
