Hello everyone! A few months ago a family member gifted me this beautiful cactus from a plant shop however I’ve noticed the leaves have turned an orange and a few have died. I’m not sure where to start as I am new in plant care and I really want to keep my cactus alive since the original owner said it’s about 20 years old. Here are some photos, hopefully this is enough information for you.

I think the orange could be sun stress. If you google sun stress in cacti you’ll find some helpful info.

I don't know, that seemed a little small for a 20-year-old plant from a plant shop? Either way you want to keep it alive! It may take time to adjust to its new home.

The white fluffy stuff in the grooves isn’t mealy bugs right? It might just be that cactus but mealy bugs can cause discoloration
