This is about an hour after cutting my cactus that had root rot. It’s a little brown around the vasculature still - do I need to cut more? This is the second cut.

    Based on the usual length of mold and rot roots, as long as you cut about an inch past any visible external discoloring, you should be good

      I agree and let it stay dry completely for at least 2wks plus after this cut NO WATER.. In my best opinion.
