Do these roots look ok? It’s my Monstera clipping. It tried to put out a new leaf but it died before it shot out and I had to cut it out. This poor thing has had a hard life. Help please.

Take out the plant, check and cut ends rotten roots about 1/2 cm on the healthy side. Fill out half of container with water. Only water when the container is almost out of water.

Molly 🪴It also looks like it could be ready to go back to soil, if that’s what you want to do. I never had great luck with semi-hydro, personally
