My plants leaves are cracking and it is tilting should I add more soil and what can I do about the leaves?

I wouldn’t add more soil. You could consider a stake or trellis or some form of support. It looks like it’s trying to reach for your window honestly… perhaps a pot it closer to that light source and check for pests. Could be your water is too hard or not enough humidity during unfurling. Hard to tell from this pic. Can you take a closer pic of the splits on the leaves perhaps?

It is almost impossible to prevent bird of paradise leaves from splitting, it is a normal occurrence for some plants.

Don’t they also need really high humidity?

      Do you suggest a humidifier?

Yes it would love a humidifier along with the rest of your plants unless they're succulents
