I had this Fantasy Venice nanouk for months now, and the leaves keep drying out and falling and now flourishing, I water often . Ive tried changing the soil, I’ve switched the pot from plastic to pottery , and it does get normal amount of sun. I’m so defeated on this I don’t know what I can do. I just watered it that’s why the soil is wet.
It’s probably overwatered. It should be 50% dry between waterings. And needs a chunky, fast draining soil. The terracotta is a good choice but raise up the soil level to allow more air to reach the soil surface.

I've given up on those because they always die. I have plenty of the plants that do better in my house, so I just stick to the ones that do well. I'm sorry.

You may already know this, and I’m not sure it’s a factor here…but mine doesn’t like for its leaves to be wet. Even a drop of water I will soak up gently with a paper towel 😅
