Someone help me 😭 I got this baby yesterday and repotted it when I got home and one of the plants seems to be in shock maybe? How do I help him? The one in the other photo that looks not good has a bloom, he’s the one not doing well at all. All the other stems are perfect and tall but not him. You can see him leaning with all his other pals. He is watered, and no root rot.

These are known for fainting dramatically when they're unhappy, so it's probably just transplant shock. Give him good care and he should perk up in no time. Aside from that, fittonias don't like to fully dry out; give him relatively frequent watering and make sure everything drains properly

Drama queen. Give her some water and if you have get a self watering planter or a spike you can put into the bottom of her planter so she can soak up the water on her own. I had a plant that was two stalks and one died while the other is fine.

general advice: when you buy new plants, don't touch them for a week. at all. let them adjust to your house before you start messing with them. fittonias are very very dramatic. give it a week or two, then i'd suggest chop & prop to fix that now-leggy stem.
