Hi all! My rubber tree has been doing so well, but recently the leaves have been getting these small brown spots, any idea what’s going on?

I had the same thing happen on a few of my leaves, and I think it’s fungus from overwatering/lack of drainage. She was one of the first plants I brought home and repotted here in way too big of a pot with very poorly draining soil. Since down potting in a much chunkier mix she seems way happier and no new spots!

I started using a new chunky soil mix awhile back but she was repotted before that so maybe I try the chunky soil and go from there, thank you ☺️

It’s about 7 feet from the window and doesn’t get direct light so I’m not sure this is the issue

Then it’s most likely overwatering not a fungal issue because the spots would look different how often do you water ?

Mine did the same after I soaked her real well. Probably overwatered. Let her dry out before you do again

I don’t know, I have a little of this problem on my Tineke and I don’t overwater. Maybe it’s from underwatering.
