My Hoya is doing wonderful, but she has some black dots on her leaves and her leaves turn yellow . I have chunky soil on the top and normal soil throughout it with a little bit of a mix. I’m just wondering if I can do anything to help this or if it’s healthy and I’m overthinking it
Do the leaves feel thin? I would check the roots. I see some leaves that are wrinkly. If the leaves are thin, the plants roots may be compromised. You can restart the plant in the water with cuttings

Might be overwatering ?? These like dryer soils, like succulents. So usually don’t need to be watered as often…. Like every 2-3 weeks in between watering, especially if you are using straight soil that doesn’t have much drainage mix into it. I mix my soil with lots of perlite and some orchid bark mix into the soil for my Hoyas
