hello friends, new here and the plants at my office don't seem to be doing too well, just looking for some knowledge, anything helps (when and how often to water, how to help them be more healthy)

Scale can be hard to get rid of but you need to make sure you use a diluted spray of rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap if you so chose. They usually are all around where the leaf meets stem, you can scrape/wipe them off (I know it sounds gross and it really is. Please use gloves)

i used diluted alcohol and got off what i could, she's bald because the amount of scale she had on the leaves alone was .. alarming so i just wanted a fresh start i will have hope for her and ill probably do the whole process again next week thank you for the advice

Don’t forget about the nasty bugs that eat scales too. I don’t know the name of them but you can find Them easily online
