My Christmas cactus seems to be declining in health. Spots on leaves, see through leaves, and now these white root like things growing in the soil. Any suggestions??

It may need to be repotted with new soil! I have the same pot and it’s great for other houseplants but doesn’t do well with cacti/succulents because of the single drainage hole. Soil that has more drainage and a larger pot with a few more drainage holes should help.

The size of the pot looks just fine to me. However the soil doesn't appear to be well draining, (I would add a lot of perlite to my soil) I water my Thanksgiving cactus probably once a month. I'm sure it would do even better if I watered her a bit more often but she is still pushing out flower buds so I'm going to assume she's happy. 😊🪴
